Ironrain

Ironrain is as much a shelter as it is a city. It's purposefully dug twenty feet into the ground so the walls cant be pushed over by Giants. The door has the kings likeness on it and is manned by ten Orcs just to open and swings outward to impale invaders. The entire wall is lined with highly trained archers, that shoot from strategically placed holes in the walls. They're prevented from being hit by returning fire by the domed walkway they shoot from. Immediately inside are the ashpits, 3 stages of battle competitions for nothing more than bragging rights, killing is prevented in the pits. Behind that is the market area, no money is exchanged here, just favors and promises. Orcs trust their own so anyone who betrays that trust is outcast or sent on a task that's usually certain death. The shops are lined with snake relics which Orsai treasure, the more relics mean the more reliable the owner is. Behind that is the community barbeque pit which you smell through the entire town. Meat and fish are smoked which you can smell far outside the city. The living spaces dotted the city with spiked roofs and stone walls. All the way until the house of the king, where you'll find two large Giant sized Orc statues on both sides. The curving roof is like snow bending two branches, with the crows nest on top.

Government

Ironrain is headed by a king. All owe fealty to Ironrain, but they allow the Ogres, Trolls and Goblins to govern themselves.

Defences

55 foot high walls, 20 feet of them of underground. Poisoned spikes lined the roofs of domed walkways, strategically placed gaps in the walls giving archers just enough access to shoot through.
