The current Minister of The Wall, Phillipe was instrumental in unifying and forming the current incarnation of the Ministry of The Wall, and has held the position since its creation.
Phillipe is a very private and reserved person, and has a difficult time showing his love and support, so has an often tense relationship with Sage. While he wouldn't share it with anyone, he is of the belief that Sage should be and is capable of being a far better wizard than he is. He will not, however, allow his son to occupy any lesser station, even if he doesn't believe he is technically qualified.
