Karratesian Invasion
The invasion of the continent of Pyalea by the Karratesian Legion in 2944 PL, and continuing through 2953 PL.
Their vast numbers, nimble strategic movements, relentless and fearless onslaught, and heavy use of largely un-encountered chemical weaponry allowed them to wreak havoc upon the continent, sweeping through the allied realms of the Adashe Court and more.
The eruption of Mount Firebrand in 2947 PL served as good omen for the fire-worshipping Karratesians, emboldening and bolstering the invading forces.
