Bo-Rak

The Lord of the Hunt

Bo-Rak is the master of competition and predation. He enjoys nothing more than hunting dangerous beasts, competing with others over a kill, duels, tournaments, and anything for the thrill of triumph.

Creations

Bo-Rak was the one put in charge of creating all the worlds predators, at first he did so very much to Yanu's designs, but as time went on, his creations became bigger and more grotesque, they were not only fearsome beasts, meant to control the populations of lesser beings, but they were superpredators, meant to be hunted for sport.
He was also the one responsible for the creation of werewolves, and the other were beasts, he created them as rewards for the hunters who proved to be the strongest
His creations are designed with brutal bloodsport in mind, they were made to be strong, but not immortal, as that would make the game boring.

All his creatures eventually die, and most, if not all, of them end up in his realm upon their death.

Valthara

This is Bo-Rak's home, his native domain. It is an expansive forest of varying terrain, from flatlands to mountains, all his souls wander this land, locked in an eternal hunt.
The dominant beings of this realm, other than Bo-Rak himself, are the werewolves and werebeasts. They are not the strongest, as an individual fiend is stronger than they, but they are the smartest and most skilled hunters in the world, and therefore also in Bo-Rak's world.

Following

Those who follow him are the ones who seek power for the sake of winning. They seek Bo-Rak's blessing because they wish to hunt, to become the world's undisputed champion, and they believe they are the ones who deserve it the most. If they prove themselves right, they will receive much, but as history has shown, most of such individuals die during the hunt.

Most of Bo-Rak's Followers are some kind of werebeast.
Those who do decide to dedicate themselves to this Ynue fully will find they are sent on dangerous hunts and told to enter competitions of blood and violence. If they die, they are not worthy.

Overlord

Bo-Rak is not someone who forces people to follow him, and he doesn't care if people do or don't think highly of him, all he cares about is to see the world soaked in blood and glory, for the cheers for the fighting pits, and he seeks to have their screams and shouts echo over the world, and that only the strongest are allowed to succeed. This is his will and goal, and he gives anyone a chance to make this true for him. Despite him not actively recruiting people, like some of his peers, he still has a sizable and stable following, because all wise people who seek power, seek it from the most reasonable of the Ynue.

Appearance

Bo-Rak presents himself as a muscular, tan man, wearing a bear skin, thick boots, metal bands on his upper arms, and always carrying his trusty bow and hunting knife.

He has dark eyes and short, dark, curly hair.

Enemies

He generally doesn't concern himself with the other Ynue, as his power ranking is in a solid and stable fourth place, but there is one who he particularly doesn't like, and who doesn't ike him in return, which is Killian.

This is because her followers frequently target his Werewolves in unfair fights, often outnumbering, or even worse, ambushing them, which enrages Bo-Rak beyond reason. It is for this reason that he often makes special efforts to arrange hunts targeting members of Killian's Cross.

He also occasionally teams up with some of the other Ynue against Killian's followers because they are similarly offended by her self-righteousness.

Original Purpose

Yanu created Bo-Rak as a predator. He was meant to be in charge of keeping nature in balance, creating predators and culling the weak in order to keep the worlds animals strong and healthy. He took this as an extreme, and his pleasure in the hunt eventually led him to create monsters, focussing more on the sport of the hunt than on creating a balanced ecosystem.
