Frederick Dunlan, Lord
Lord Frederick Dunlan is the a member of The Council of 8 Seats of Staryamol University, and is from a long line of wealthy Dunlan nobles. Lord Frederick is a 58-year-old human man, who has lived most of his life as a toil-less bachelor. He has thin brown hair which he covers with a bright red toupe, and he is known for wearing flashy and gaudy outfits. His family distrusts him, and as such, he has been unable to find any work in his family's lucrative trade business. At 50, Frederick had yet failed to find any work he enjoyed enough to stay in for long. He had gambled away much of his inheritance, and at risk of being booted from the family (finally) by his parents, Frederick elected to go to university. He informed his intentions to his parents and began filling enrollment paperwork to begin a degree in Law. Meanwhile, his parents (who had misunderstood Frederick's intentions) pulled strings in the University to get Frederick a position on The Council of 8 Seats.
Now, Frederick is on the last leg of his long (and much delayed) Master degree in Law, and has earned a reputation on the Council of 8 Seats as an indecisive and unhelpful presence. The one benefit Frederick provides is an extensive knowledge of local and international laws.
