Brief Description
- A group of about 150 Willowmoorans who effectively make up "the government"
- Youngest is early 20's and oldest is in 50's with everything in between
- Men and women alike
- Split further into three distinct groups:
- The people's representatives
- The legislature
- The executive (captain)

- Willowmoor's health
- Willowmoor's happiness
- Anything else the people of Willowmoor need
Describe Visuals
- Meetings occur weekly on Sunday mornings in Gulliver Hall
- Gulliver Hall: the public hall that supports everything from conferences to concerts to festivals
