Queen Blanche

Her Royal Majesty Blanche Rosewood (a.k.a. The White Rose)

Ruler of the Rosewood Kingdom, Queen Blanche came to power early, as her parents died in a horse riding accident when she was 14 years old. Until she became Queen at age 20, she was assisted by six Regents, one from each province. The Regents assisted three at a time, rotating one member every two months. At age 20 Queen Blanche was allowed to rule without Regents, though she stayed close to her former Regents. She married at age 30 to Lord Ashfield of Carmine. At age 32 she gave birth to a son, Lord Clarke. She had no more children. Queen Blanche is famous for caring more about art and entertainment, than about her subjects. She effectively still lets her Regents rule, not cruel herself but also not caring about what her subjects are put through. This has driven a rift between her and her son, who was glad when he was able to leave Rosewood Kingdom at age 18, to attend The Academy.
