Itherian Palace Throne Room
Purpose / Function
Seat of Government
Design
Circular with pillars around and large windows on one side. The chair is central and raised up on steps and the pillars are a darker color contrasting with the white marble. The throne cushions are rich and beautiful fabric.
Entries
There is one grand entrance with large wooden double doors.
Sensory & Appearance
The room is grand in every way and visitors feel the opulence when they enter. It is warm and inviting but also very formal.
Denizens
The only occupants are the Emperor and his guards and then any visitors that come to request an audience.
Contents & Furnishings
The throne is a work of art. Carved out of a single block of marble with sculpture on the armrests and backrest. It is covered with ornate fabrics and is large and comfortable.
Valuables
The throne is the main and only thing in the room.
Architecture
The building is made of marble and is elegant with Tuscan columns and smooth marble floors. The ornately fitted throne is raised on a higher level than the floor and is adorned with beautiful sculpture.
Defenses
There are palace guards at each entrance and two stand behind the throne at all times.
