Duskstar is an enchanting island city steeped in mysticism, beauty, and reverence for its celestial heritage. Originally established by the Moon Elves, it remains their cultural and spiritual heart, home to the largest population of their kind and Mene's sacred Moonlight Tower, a place of devotion to their patron goddess, Mene. Nestled on an island veiled in perpetual twilight, Duskstar is a city of silver hues and soft luminescence. Its architecture is an elegant blend of intricate carvings, arching spires, and shimmering mosaics that seem to glow under the light of the moon and stars. Buildings are crafted from pale stone flecked with iridescent crystals, which catch and reflect the light, casting a dreamlike glow over the city. Gardens of night-blooming flowers—lilies, moonvines, and luminous star orchids—line the pathways, filling the air with their sweet, calming fragrance. The sound of gentle fountains and the occasional whisper of wind chimes enhance the city’s serene ambiance

At the heart of Duskstar rises Mene’s Moonlight Tower, a striking structure of polished black stone that seems to drink in the starlight. Dedicated to Mene, the goddess of the moon and dreams, the tower serves as both a temple and a place of arcane study. Its interior is an awe-inspiring labyrinth of vaulted ceilings, glowing runes, and celestial murals that depict Mene’s journey across the region and her blessings upon the Moon Elves. At the tower’s peak lies the Lunarium, a sacred observatory where priests, scholars, and mages study the heavens and commune with Mene’s divine essence. On nights of the full moon, the tower becomes the focal point of Lunar Requiems, grand ceremonies where the Moon Elves gather to honor their goddess with music, offerings, and magical displays. Duskstar’s ethereal atmosphere extends to its lifestyle. The Twilight Market, held under the open sky, is a nightly gathering where merchants sell enchanted goods, celestial-themed art, and rare herbs. The city is also known for its dream gardens—serene spaces where residents meditate, dream, and connect with Mene’s divine energy. Visitors often find themselves enchanted by Duskstar’s culture of reverence for the moon and stars.

Duskstar's history is not free of tribulations, however. During Suna's Age of Piracy, Captain Morshay, the feared Scourge Captain of the Frail Ocean, took control of this island during his reign of terror. For the duration of Morshay's campaign to conquer Suna, he would turn the city into a defaced bastion to house his fleet of loyal buccaneers and brigands. When Duskstar was eventually freed, a large period of rebuilding was required, and the Moonlight Tower itself had to be renovated after being damaged and defaced.
