Chroma Conclave (ˈkrōmə ˈkänˌklāv)
The Chroma Conclave was born out of necessity and desperation. After the formation of the Scale Council, many rejected the idea of hierarchy among dragons. The chromatic dragons were the most vocal about their disagreement, going as far as waging war to try and regain their "freedom". This ended up with their exile from The Origin Peaks, the ancestral land of dragons. Desiring to one day come back and reclaim what they believe is their birthright, they formed the Chroma Conclave as a way to help each other survive in the hostile lands outside the peaks.

They desire to reclaim the Peaks of Origin as well as take revenge upon the other dragons for the exile they were put into.
