The Theseon Empire is the most decorated magic centric country in the world. They rely heavily on using magic, magic is the hierarchy in the country. The Theseon Royal Family isn't a giant family line it is the family of whoever is the strongest magic wielder and then becoming tsartress or tsar, being royalty. Anyone can challenge the current ruler as long as they have been a citizen of Theseon for 5 years but it's a matter of the people to choose who faces the ruler which could be difficult. If this challenger were to beat the current ruler they will take their place on the throne.
Lifestyle
Theseon is a beautiful country, almost a rival to Choco who is across the world. Building are made of stone and wood, steel isn't really around or used for structures. Moss and foliage are overgrown around every aspect of the country. Multiple rivers cut through the land so some towns get easy access to water and transportation. Magic is flurrying throughout streets, everywhere. Magic is used everyday for tasks, magic is a way of life here. It is very calm and peaceful, crime is very low here. A happy place to live for anyone.
