Dracon

Dracons have Seven limbs: two legs, two arms, a pair of wings, and a tail their body shape is mostly derived from humans with dragon wings horns and tail. their muscular structure is almost identical to Homo sapiens but with added muscular structure to the wing joints and tail joint, this is to facilitate better balance and ability to fly.

Dracons take about fourteen years to fully mature and be considered adults in their government.

At about ten years in their wings grow to maturity once this happens they are capable of flight. At this point it is expected of parents to teach the child how to fly.

Dracons don't have a concrete habitat or preferred location but similar to Dragons they do seem to prefer open spaces with the ability to spread their wings but they also prefer living in valleys and places that they can safely live in

Dracons are omnivores they have no dietary restrictions other than poison they also avoid carrion and other rotting meat with is because of unknown reasons though it is theorized that it is a purely cultural decision.

Dracon are almost completely passive and avoid confilct as much as possible this is likely due to events that happened in the Second Uralsti War which had much impact on how the dracon developed as a species

The social structure of dracons is widely debated but from the few glimpses we have inside their nation it appears they have a ruling council made up of people from all over the kingdom with no majority form one region their also appears to be a higher ruling body but we have no confirmation on this.

Dracon are only found in the Union of Usrar which is a heavily guarded and secluded nation

Some major organizations in Usrar are:

Spark grass farming - A farming organization that grows most of the Union's spark grass

Unwreathing - A rebellion from the estaria Kingdom that Fled to the Union after they were found by the kingdom now they are a mental health awareness group

Underwing - the name of Usrar's senate

Dracon were first sighted near the peak of the Second Uralsti War and were allied to the Federated Kingdom of Dialon. Many raids were led by the Dracon in their allied time with Dialon however eventually some sort of political or cultural shift happened and the Dracon removed themselves from the war entirely later on reports suggested that they had settled on a unclaimed swath of land where they remained isolated from most other nations and kingdoms later this land would be known as the Union of Usrar a place where anyone can seek asylum from refugees to revolutions to exiles so long as they did not harm another. This caused a great stir in the other nations and kingdoms of Uralsti. At an unknown date a person named eclipse arrived in The union of Usrar and joined it. Eclipse is of unknown species and many are led to believe that they are not from this world.
