Captain Maeir
Andraste has been on her own and adventuring for nearly four decades. She holds rank in several military organizations, as an advisor or occasional commander should she believe that the cause is just.
She is an elf but not particularly concerned about species. She chooses her comrades for a mission or a campaign, not a lifetime. She's spent a significant amount of time amongst humans and is comfortable in their cultures.
Despite leaving home before Osmorn was born, Andraste dotes on him, and thinks he's been hard done by in regards to the family and his treatment at the hands of the town of Rhys in general. Andraste wouldn't necessarily go out of her way to help Osmorn, but if she knew he were nearby she would be happy to lend a hand for a bit.
