INTELLIGENCE PROFILE Overview: Clan Syoisuis is one of the most dominant forces within the Aslan Hierate. Ranked third in the Tlaukhu Council, it operates through a tightly integrated network of vassal clans. Known for its disciplined secrecy, strategic precision, and internal cohesion, Clan Syoisuis resembles Human-style centralized regimes more than traditional feudal Aslan governance.   Strategic Doctrine:
  • Operational Secrecy: Information is withheld not to gain advantage, but to deny it to others. Even mundane data is treated as sensitive.
  • Stability of Planning: Contingency planning remains unaffected by leaks. Adjusting plans post-compromise is viewed as dishonorable.
  • Tactics Employed: Prefers indirect conflict—assassinations, reconnaissance, precision strikes. Avoids extortion, blackmail, and disinformation campaigns considered dishonorable under Aslan cultural codes.
  • War Doctrine: Reconnaissance and observation-based intelligence supremacy. Direct engagements are highly calculated and rare.
The Aslan know no emperor, no moot, no grand fleet, no central government of any kind. Their society is founded upon Aslan families and the intricate interrelationships knitting them together. These families form larger prides, and these prides form even larger clans, over 4,000 in number and bound by common heritage and tradition. An Aslan's allegiance is to their clan lord and the clan that he leads.

Structure

STRUCTURAL ANOMALY
  • Ahri Naming Protocol (CONFUSION INDEX: HIGH)
  • The ruling leader of the clan traditionally assumes the name Syoisuis, which is also the name of the clan. This creates deliberate ambiguity during diplomatic or intelligence exchanges—possibly a calculated cultural barrier to external understanding.

Culture

Human observers often classify Syoisuis as "sinister" or "shadowy", likely due to:
  • Extreme information control
  • Clan-wide silence on internal policy
  • Cultural misinterpretation of honor-based secrecy
However, within Aslan custom, their methods are deemed refined, precise, and deeply honorable.
