The Silent Cells
Beneath the towering luxury of Cynthia's Tower, down the spiralling staircase is a deep dungeon. A sprawling subterrianian chamber made of dark stone, The Silent Cells got their name due to any sound made inside the cells not being able to be herd in the rest of the castle. Whether a bit of clever architecture or a spell placed by the Wizard Sargo for whatever reason, the screams of those tortured in the Silent Cells cannot be herd anywhere else.
Purpose / Function
The Silent Cells were constructed as a holding chamber for criminals and interigation area to get more information about potential crimes.
