The Grand Corridor
The large hallway connecting the Throne Room to Sargo's Spire. Running from the southern wall of the throneroom, the corridor's eastern wall gazing into the Greenhammer's Garden below and ending at the base of Sargo's Spyre with stairs leading up into the spyre and down into the kitchens.
Purpose / Function
Originally instead of a hallway it was a large ballroom and feasting hall, but it become a much more important as a hallway to connect the great hall into the now constructed Sargo's Spire.
Design
This long stone room is wider than a common corridor and full of tapestries paintings and other artwork, along with windows viewing into the Greenhammer's Garden.
