The middle and lower class races that fit within the cold tend to live here. Almost the entirety of the city has had some sort of military training be it combative or magical.

Government

They are governed by Gelva Grevish and what she says goes. Her orders are carried out by the generals of the 8 armies that reside within and without the city.

    They are frequently visited by Velus diplomats and those fleeing the government. They often house and recruit escaped soldiers and those who wield and use their magic a bit more loosely.

    Architecture

    Contains very sturdy and loose architecture designed for surviving raids and wars alike. The architecture also provides great mobility for troops and allies to evacuate and occupy.

    The metropolis lies in a cold and barren land with winds chilling everything they touch and snows that frost anything over.
