The capitol city of The Northern Leonin Republic where most of the diplomatic work is done and their military is trained.
Demographics
Consists mostly of Leonin with the majority being underclass or middle class people looking to join their exclusive military.
The other part of the population consists of rich nobles and diplomats who reside there permanently.
Government
They operate pretty similar to the mandated rules except all soldiers get a tax exemption on purchases for food, shelter, water, and recreational activities.
Defences
The city is mostly if not entirely directly defended by the difficult terrain that must be crossed to reach the city and by the military barracks for soldiers in training. It also happens to be indirectly defended by The Northern Leonin Republic's aerial navy and by their alliance with The Dregs.
