The Path to the Last Tower
When the Three Moons first take their place in the Night Sky the ability to open the path to The Last Tower shall be available. All it takes is blood to be spilled at the path's anchor to the Prime Material Plane. That anchor point is the summit of The Writstone.

Manifestation
The Three Moons, Von, Shiv and Dunca, have a varied obit. There are never more then two in the sky at once. However their orbits are such that every five thousand years all three moons will, for a century, will all be in the sky at once. The Gods deemed this needed. For while the three Moons are in the sky the path to the Last Tower is accessible
Localization
During the century of Three Moons, One Sky the great currents that cross the East Ocean will shift. The One that goes West to East will shift south till it's origin point will lie south of the Sendilar Peninsula.

The Last Tower lays in the space between the Prime Material Plane and The Outer Dark. It is inaccessible but for one century every five thousand years. It is the last defense against the Demon's breaking free and retaking the world.
