Geography
The Outer Dark is located outside of the Prime Material Plane. It's geography is an ever changing chaosscape. Only the most powerful of the Demons can establish any order on the landscape. Those that rule large territories have the personal power to exert control over the local enviorment. This allows the construction of bases of power to defend the interests.
Ecosystem
Can run the entire gambit of whatever could be found in the Prime Material Plane. And they are constantly changing.
Localized Phenomena
Random spots erupt in wildmagic. Whenever these are found they draw specialized demons who can harvest the raw energy in specialized containers.
Climate
Varied
History
When the Gods banished the Demons to the Outer Dark those banished Vowed to return. Great power was expended, with scores of Demons sacrificed, to pierce the barrier to deliver a simple summoning to one mortal. This Mortal founded the Order of Dusk and become the first Darkest Voice.
Since that time the Demons have all been focused on two things. Becoming more powerful, dominating other demons to compel them to service and gathering human souls so the barrier between the Outer Dark and the Prime Material Plane would be weakened so that one day they could return and take control over what they had lost.
Tourism
All are welcome but few ever come. Demons are not known for hospitality
