Structure
The Leader of the Order of Dusk was known as the Darkest Voice. They would have two lieutenants known as Dark Eyes. Each Dark Eye commanded a pair of Dark Hands.. Each Hand would recruit as many as their assigned duties would require.
Culture
Only those who have truly given their souls over to summoning demons were accepted into the Order of Dusk's ranks. All members were devout, motivated by greed or craving power. Fear of failure, and those punishments failure earned, kept members of the Order giving their best effort.
Public Agenda
None. The public at large were only there to be used.
Assets
The Order of Dusk had tremendous wealth and assets. Largely this was from dealing with the summoned demons. Those who became Dark Eyes or higher knew how to manage a deal with a denizen of the Outer Dark in such a way as to guarantee the operational needs of the Order were met.
History
When the Demons were banished to The Outer Dark the first Darkest Voice came to power. No record of their name exists or was ever passed down via oral traditions. Legend says the wave of power formed by the departing Gods had just faded when a figure in black vowed to bring back the Demon Lords who had ruled over them. They became the Darkest Voice and soon had summoned the first Demon from the Outer Dark. Thus was the Order of Dusk Born. They endured and thrived in a world newly liberated from Demonic control. They infiltrated the first kingdoms that arose. Only the Order of Dawn opposed them. For millennia they battled until finally the Order was destroyed as an Organization around 4500 BF.
Laws
The Order of Dusk adheres to the 7 Infernal truths.
1. Humans are inherently flawed. Only the Demons have the strength to guide us to our full potential.
2. As Demons War among each other for primacy then so must Humanity. The weak must not lead.
3. Unless it serves their purposes, Demons have no Mercy.
4. To Advance one must bring low those above.
5. Any who brings insult or threat must be destroyed.
6. All Demons serve themselves first .
7. Only in the Dark can Pure Truth be found
