Pardian Frontier
The Pardian Frontier, also frequently called the Wild Frontier, is a stretch of the Near Frontier stretching into the Far Frontier famous for its relatively dense concentration of star systems, and more importantly because of its near monopoly on access to Pardian ruins that have not yet been thoroughly stripped of wafers or Pardian artifacts. This gives the worlds of the Wild Frontier a massive edge in Parditech, with the exception of the few worlds in Civilized Space that also held a large amount of Jred ruins, of which a few are scattered throughout the Pariah, Aseni, and to a lesser extent, Urea Sectors. As a result, the Wild Frontier is a hotly contested region with the interstellar states of Civilized Space, multinational alliances, and mega-corporations all competing for influence and control over the region and its resources.
The Pardian Frontier, is one of the larger frontier areas spanning from the coreward edge of the Urea, Aseni, and Pariah Sectors, out to roughly thirty parsecs coreward of the Sol Sector, and stretching roughly 30 parsecs spinward to antispinward. According to the official Galactic Surveyor's Guild definition, the total area of the Pardian Frontier is 60 square parsecs along the galactic disc, though in three dimensional space calculation of the volume is an order of magnitude more difficult. Densely concentrated Pardian ruins are also present further Coreward of the officially defined Pardian Frontier also exist, though within the Far Frontier, Pardian space is folded into what is frequently called the "Wild Frontier" proper.
