New Brook's Forest

Geography
New Brook is surrounded by forest, and it flourishes for the majority of the year, loosing leaves in winter. There is a path though the forest that has a small bridge over a deeper parts of the brook, and cuts though the meadow.
The brook of New Brook, is a decently sized river with many rocks. The brook moves at a good pace, making a rushing sound. The brook isn't very deep, the water will hit your shins along the majority of the river.
The Meadow coming out of the forest has many wild flowers in the spring. The meadow is on a incline, and floods a bit when it rains a lot.
Ecosystem Cycles
Spring: New life, birds come back from migration, the animals un-burrow, the plants bloom again.
Summer: Plants produce a lot, suddenly.
Fall: Fish come though and are easier to catch, the plants grow the last bit.
Winter: Everything dies and leaves town. Well not everything but the majority of plants die and its practically impossible to find game.
Climate
Spring: The temperature is warm, but has quite a few cold days. Rains a more, and the pollen will coat everything.
Summer: The temperature is unthinkably hot, grass will yellow, or randomly there will be a ton of rain. Plants still grow, and harvest.
Fall: The temperature is moderate, but has a few freezing days. Moderate rain, and plants will still grow, and harvest.
Winter: cold and there is snow, though mostly just nippy with snow in later months. The trees change and drop their leaves, and things leave. The river usually ices up, along with basically all concrete.
Fauna & Flora
In the forest there are deer, squirrels, wolves and wild dogs, foxes, bobcats, hawks.
The brook has frogs, fish, ducks, snakes, and what ever else lives in a brook.
In the meadow there are deer, birds, snakes, rabbits, foxes.
Almost all of the animals are at risk with the new invasive species of Zombified people.
Natural Resources
In the forest there are many medicinal and edible plants you can forage. Because its a forest there is wood, and sticks, and leaves.
There is water in the brook and a variety of rocks. Along with reeds, and fish and river stuff.
In the meadow there are many medicinal and edible plants you can forage.
