The All Knowing Library
This Library exists in Heaven. It is almost impossible to travel to. In this Library you'll find Dalquiel, The Librarian. Whatever question you have about any point in time he can tell you but if you want to get specific he'll get you the book about the whole topic. An infinite number of books lie here, from the past, present, and future. While in this "heave" time is drastically slowed so if someone did enter it'll be like they never left.
Purpose / Function
A log of all events throughout all of time, this is so the Archangels can seek information if they really wanted/needed to.
