Dalquiel
The Librarian
Her only purpose is to know everything. She knows all that has transpired throughout time and space, she could tell anything that has, is, and will happen. She fulfills this purpose by working on his personal library which he calls "The All Knowing Library".
Dalquiel created The Dagger of Dalquiel. This was a weapon used to protect The All Knowing Library. When Dalquiel realized that nobody was trying to get into The All Knowing Library she tossed the Dagger from Heaven all the way to the mortal plane. But because of his focus to protect The All Knowing Library, she forgot about the dagger.
