Levels
in The HellsThe Hells are made up of levels stacked on top of each other. Level 1 is at the top, Level 2 is below, and so they descend into infinity. Levels 1 through 10 are considered the upper levels, and is where mortal souls will start their afterlives. The more sins you've committed, the further down you spawn.
