Commendation Promotional Award
This is awarded to 7 outstanding members of the military. This award is open to common guinea pigs as well as members of other races and raises a guinea pig's rank and standing. On several occasions, a reincarnation of Our Lord Shadow has even been born to common families who received this award.

Need to be a member of the army for at least 1 year.
Must be nominated by majority vote of officers and general above you.
