Shadow City (*Squeeeeeak* *Squeak*)
The Capital City of the Federation of New Guinea, Shadow City is named after the first Great Leader. It is a bustling semi-underground metropolis that is a center of cultural achievement. It is known throughout the eastern provinces of Kevas as small city of gold renowned for producing cultural icons that are famous throughout the world. It's military rivals no other, let alone it's secret military, and has not reported a single crime in 30 years since 1048.
