On the surface, Jamy Cooker is beautiful, loyal, and direct. She's hard, though forthright in her negotiations, and takes her job very seriously. Many have found out too late that beneath this surface lies a different side that is ready to lash out at those obstacles that stand in the way- whatever it takes to get ahead. Jamy comes from old money and is very cunning. She is willing to do anything to get ahead- her only weakness being her son. She had him with a powerful man that she looked up to very much, but he cast her aside for another when it was convenient. That taught her an important lesson in trust, and revenge.
Though she plays to her appearance, and indeed upgraded her sleeve to ehance the effects of her beauty, she is very capable and hard, as many have found out to their lament.
Though she is only a Direct Action account executive, responsible for negotiation of the contracts of her teams and making sure that the contracts are (or become) long term, she is not satisfied with the position, and jockeys for power whenever able, gathering her empire for her move upward. In many cases on a feeling, she takes a personal interest in certain contracts, and a steadier hand in their execution. Though she has many teams in more prestigious and seemingly important roles, Prospect has caught her attention for some reason...
History
Unlike most Account Execs, Jamy's position and influence allow her to somewhat tailor her teams to the contract that she is signing. In general, she chooses a commander that she can trust, and allows them to craft their team for the assignment.
Archer was a good soldier that had not had a chance to lead. Much of it was because he was good enough that his commander's kept him from taking lead, though his troops all looked to him. She was able to negotiate to get him, and told him to craft his team- he could choose one comrade that he'd worked with, but the others had to be chosen from elsewhere. He could see the reasons behind it, and it made him respect her more for the choice.
They've had a good working relationship, but he is curious as to her reasons behind coming to Prospect.
