Cloriadmen Confederation

The Cloriadmen confederation is a defensive and political council of Cloriadmen nations. While incredibly dysfunctional on a political level and completely useless at preventing wars between its members, its use as a deterrent from (mostly) Fremedhian invasions makes it too valuable for any of its members to disband.
