Kindall Skolbraken
Kindall Skolbraken was the founder of the Loyalist Thaumatic Army Council. Originally a relatively humble research assistant at the Institute of Magical Analytics, he survived the purges that followed the invasion of Prince Rygarde and conceived an intense hatred for the Limit Prince and the Limit Protectorate.
Recognising that it would be necessary to build a secret force from the surviving remnants of the Institute of Magical Analytics and the Free Union of Magical Scholars he set himself the task of forming just such a resistance movement, incorporating also sympathetic elements from other walks of life and cities, including what was left of the Arcane Advisors at Katrapetch and the Quarowl High Guard. In forging the Loyalist Thaumatic Army Council, Skolbraken unified disparate groups that had hitherto been indifferent or even hostile to one another, creating a united alliance in the face of a common external enemy.
