He held the title between 1st Findil, 3222 APC and 10th Pruth, 3231 APC, when he had to step down after he failed to control a brief but traumatic incident of open conflict between the Sisters of Vabatan, the Unbound and the orthodox authorities from the Institute of Magical Analytics.
