Asrum Silver was the Arch Baron of Quarowl between 11th Pruth, 3231 APC and 25th Tivith, 3256 APC.
He replaced Gilden Weaver in the aftermath of an infamous clandestine power struggle at the end of 3231, involving the Arcane Chancellor of the Institute of Magical Analytics, Avelin Saerkh the leader of the Unbound, and the Sisters of Vabatan.
