Vebra
Vebra is a city that has been rebuilt several times. First a gnomish city by the name of Clifftown, later as it became the center of a kingdom it was renamed as Teelka. After a severe war it was absorbed into a kingdom as part of theMinam Empire and stripped of it's gnomish imperial name and given the name Vebra. During the Plague of Silmora and Mystic Engine collapse the city was eventually abandoned. While it's sister city of Naput kept on with a meager population, Vebra was only restarted as a population center 3 years ago.

Government
Local Council with a Lord appointed by the Dependency of Golim. While today they don't pay much in taxes as they are almost too minor to notice for the accountants. This however is rapidly changing as the reconstruction and repopulation continues. With the nearby success of Brightbluff's Sky Wings and the mining of Floating Granite by a small hold of dwarves surviving in Lonalg City, the region is being noticed.
