Grand Sky Port Tower
During the Minam Empire, this tower was being constructed in Vebra to provide more airship port space. It was ambitiously designed to be one of the most impresive Airship towers in the empire. However the disasters that ended the empire also ended the construction of the tower.
Today it is used as a communication center and lookout post used by the RRR troop. Retrofitted with some tools from a Tower of Wind it can act as a communication node to the wider network, however the Order of Bamboo would prefer they are the ones operating the tower. It is a point of contention that has yet to be resolved, and agents from the Order are in Vebra to negotiate the return of the tower to Order control.

Alterations
Since the RRR Troop began to settle in Vebra they took it over as a lookout post. Topping the tower temporarily to prevent additional rain from getting into the half completed tower. Even at half it's originally designed height, it is slightly taller than the completed airship tower on the other side of the river. Most of the rooms have been cleared of their original trash and debris, the central conduit has been retrofitted with a Cartary that allows for lifting materials and staff. Originally the design was to have a levitation enchantment allowing flight within the conduit, though that was never implemented.
Architecture
The tower itself looks like four towers connected together at their center. It is a gleaming white stone with several platforms extending from the tower that act as bays for airships to stop at. Even unfinished it has ten of these platforms with another eleven in the original plan.
