Blackrock Base Central Command
The military core of Blackrock Base, Central Command acts as both a sensors monitoring post as well as a command and control center, where the Decepticons can coordinate field missions.
In many respects, it's very similar to Garrison EarthCom, though instead of the room being arranged around a central display, the display occupies a semi-circular position against the far wall, which the commander's chair rotates to face. This is cheaper.
