Kiloton

Kiloton is the commander of Blackrock Base, and is one of the highest-ranking Decepticons on Earth. She was once a rising star in the Decepticon ranks, but rumors of certain political leanings forever derailed her progress. She is an expert tactician and a competent leader, though she does have a tendency to lose her temper when frustrated. On the battlefield, her mobility and firepower are nearly impossible to match.
