The Isurian Empire

A tiefling led empire that rules over the country of Isurium with colonies throughout The Bloodmar Sea.   The Isurian Empire's founders originally struck pacts with devils for power, which led to the nobility morphing into tieflings over time, but the empire has turned away from devil worship in the last couple of generations and instead now worship Julius, The Cleansing Light.
