Sergius Bardane
Emperor Sergius Bardane (a.k.a. The Redeemer)
Sergius Bardane is the head of House Bardane and the current Isurian Emperor.
He rose to power during the Urgoth-Sar Uprising. It was the atrocities he saw during this period that lead him to start worshipping Julius, The Cleansing Light.
When the Urgoth-Sar Uprising finally came to an end Sergius Bardane had fully turned his back on the devil worship the Isurians had been known for. This lead to Sergius demanding the empire abandon devil worship and return to worship of the original Isurian Pantheon. This lead to a civil war in which Sergius emerged victorious. This led to the end of devil worship throughout Isurium and brought Julius, The Cleansing Light to the forefront of Isurian worship.
