- Traits: Night Elf appearance, but arcane-focused
- Culture: The ruling caste of ancient Kaldorei, obsessed with arcane magic. Their use of the Well of Eternity led to the Sundering.
- Legacy: The modern High Elves and Blood Elves descended from them.
