Enrolled in a tournament Zera placed 2nd Kovu top 6 Miroku Top 50
The group has had spent multiple hours on the second level watching fights while the tournament was under way and eventually Zera noticed some Raafee warrior scrolling on the walls, this led to the third level be noticed.
Apon investigating the third level it is found out to be a Raafee facility locked until Miroku's presence allows opening, once opened the group figure out this facility is a golem production system and the last know user was the Red Arbiter.
Taking a risk, they asked for an audience with the Red Arbiter and after some conversation it is revealed the facility was locked and some details of the facility was not passed on before the First Arbiters death some 1500 years ago.

Architecture
Made of cut granite with high walls with an outer ring of large circular columns decorated in following script. The inside has many statues depicting the Red Knight, it also has a sloping seating area inside that could accommodate 2000 people. The building has three basement levels only two of which are in use.

The Red knight golems.
History
Not much is known about the building before Northglen was settled, but it is known that the building is from a time when the Raffee empire still existed.
Tourism
The arbiters hold a torment every seconded month.
