The Red knights Arbiters
The Arbiters of the Red coliseum are a sect under the church of Tempus and there coliseum is considered a holy ground. While not serving in any direct point of battle like some of the Red fellowship and only located in Northglenn the arbiters are considered some of the greatest military minds in Nirn, freely giving there knowledge to any who ask.
Structure
The Red arbiter is in charge of overseeing tournaments and control of the Red coliseums functions.
All other arbiters are simple functionary's and there roles can differ depending on need.
