The Sausage Party travels through the Swamps of Malus

While traversing the swamp, overcoming encounters with Night Hags, Crocodiles, Yuan-Ti, Orc cultists and further dangers, the party finally arrives at their destination of Sy'raxyl.

Among the most notable encounters are the following:

A number of humanoid ears were found seemingly growing out of vines in the swamp. Sir Farquaad attempted to cut one of, and as he cut the vine, a slash simultaneously formed through his own ear, causing him to lose one of his ears, which then seemed to get absorbed into the swamp.

A troupe of orcs carrying a large metal box and complaining about their work. The party fought them and discovered they were transporting the magically preserved body of a beholder.

Members of the party begin to experience night terrors preventing them from resting. The party then stumbles upon a hut built into a large tree. A few members go in to investigate, while Cacame and Sir Farquaad remain outside at a distance. Inside the hut, a night hag masquerading as a young woman explains that the night terrors they have beein experiencing are caused by a hag coven, and that she can offer them protection using a druidic ritual, but to do so requires a vial of their blood. From outside of the Hag's hut, Cacame and Sir Farquaad use divination magic to detect the true nature of this woman. Without a moment of hesitation, Cacame fires a lightning bolt through the hut, just as the other party members were contemplating the offer. The hag immediately turns hostile revealing her true nature, but wisely sensing the strength of the party, decides to flee to the ethereal plane.
