The Hungry Minstrel
An inn deep in the Pomeroy Ward run by the Nird woman, Kathel.
History
This building was originally built solely as a small inn with it's upper floor of cramped apartments. A bar was later built in the common room offering drinks for both travelers and locals alike. A few gambling tables were then added in hopes of garnering the attention of the Pomeroy Casino.
