An impressive timber building matching @Pr that was once an aristocrat's manor. It contains a large meeting hall and several smaller rooms. It is shard amongst several local trade guilds including Merchants', Craftsmen's, Artists', and Hunters'.
Also, this building hosts the board for regional bounties.
