Holy Alcides
Prior to Alcides, the groups of people huddled together around the Niashard Sea were largely unorganized. With the exception of a few strong Houses, whose names we still know today (Ursanaa, Danais, Hyggion, Tinscuil), they were suffering from hunger, disease, and rampant violence. Alcides conquered many of the problems plaguing them, including defeating what was known as the Nemean Lion. Then he established the Separation Laws, and organized them under the banner of Nemea.
Many of the details of his origin and life are unclear, lost or not reliably recorded. But we know him as the First Founder of Nemea, along with his wife Holy Iviarin, and the origin of the religion of the Divine Duality.

General Physical Condition
Alcides was tall and muscular. He was and still is considered to be the pinnacle of masculine health, fitness, and virility.

Alcides had super-human strength. His wrestling of the nemean Lion and other feats of strength made this clear.

Ultimately, Holy Alcides was a visionary. His influence on the history of Nemea, and humankind, is inarguable. He saved the people of Nemea by defeating their predators, gave us a functional social structure in establishing the Separation Laws and the skuli caste, and founded a secure kingdom. It is no wonder the religion of the land is the Divine Duality, worshipping he and his wife as the pinnacle of masculinity and femininity, and as our savior and god.
