Skjemøy er ei lita øy nord for hovuddelen av sjølve Kolonnøy. Øya har i mange år tilhørt alvepopulasjonen på Kolonnøy, men er no delt mellom Kongeriket Kolonnøy og Alveriket. Dalvika og Sandstaa som tidlegare var alvebyar under andre namn, har no kome under menneska sin kontroll.
