Era beginning/end
Lómevalahtie, or "the awakening of first light," was a pivotal event in Elvish history that marked the beginning of their existence as a people. Before this time, the Elenathor were said to have existed in a state of "The Dreamless Sleep," a mythical time before creation itself. But with Lómevalahtie, they awoke from this slumber and were born into the world.
The Elves quickly realized that they were different from any other creatures in the world. They possessed an innate connection to nature and a deep understanding of its workings that no other race could match. They began to explore their surroundings and discovered the vast continent of Tathariel, or "Land of the Blessed," which they would later call their home.
With Lómevalahtie, the Elvish calendar was set in motion. It marked the beginning of their time in the world, a time of exploration, learning, and growth.
Today, Lómevalahtie is celebrated by Elves as a time of rebirth and renewal, a reminder of their connection to the natural world and the beauty that surrounds them. It is a time to honor the wisdom of their ancestors and to continue the quest for knowledge and understanding.
