The First War

The opening of a Táriporti was an ambitious but risky endeavor for the Helcarandor. They hoped to discover new knowledge and magic, but this time they found a world full of danger and terror. The creatures of this plane were unlike anything the Valaraith had ever seen before. They were powerful, ruthless, and completely alien. The elves soon realized that their defensive magic was not enough, and they had to develop new, offensive weapons to fight back.
  The I Carn Enyar was merciless with both sides suffering losses. The creatures were relentless, and they seemed to have an endless supply of reinforcements. The elves, on the other hand, had to rely on their magic and their skill with weapons. The war was fought on multiple fronts, with battles raging across the planes and in the physical world.
  After a year of intense fighting, the Valaraith finally emerged victorious. They had driven the creatures back to their own world and closed the Táriporti, sealing off the portal forever. The war had been a hard lesson for the elves, but it had also taught them the value of offensive skills and the dangers of reckless exploration. From then on, the Helcarandor were much more cautious in their dealings with other planes and the Táriporti remained a closely guarded secret.   Previous event
