Crannog the Gambler
Former quartermaster of the Order of the Scaled Spear, currently lives in Theria . Big bulky, big bellied human.
Crannog escaped the fall of the order because he was separated from the fighting; as the quartermaster he stayed behind to protect the gear. When things started to go bad, he received a message from Boris the Mad to flee, and meet up with the survivors later. When no survivors came and he was almost overrun by demons, he presumed the worst and fled further afield.
After working for a year as a sellsword with no contact from the order, he amassed enough money to return to the site of the battlefield. Upon his return, he found a small number of demons and many corpses of his order. At this point he presumed them all dead, and fell into despair for a time. Eventually, he found his way in life again first as a mercenary, then as a merchant. He currently operates as a merchant out of Theria, where he spends most of his time in his gambling hall The Gem Traitor.
